Relax and escape at Swann’s View. Located just outside of Helen in Sautee, our rustic cabin provides a scenic retreat to enjoy the mountain views with friends and family. The Sautee area is the perfect location for those that want to visit Helen, yet also have a place to escape the crowds. Swann’s View is also located in an area that allows you to explore the state parks, Lake Burton, and the surrounding countryside while avoiding the traffic of downtown Helen!
The space
The cabin has just undergone a complete renovation. We have pretty much gutted the interior and redone the plumbing, wiring, air conditioning, kitchen, floors, ceilings, lights, and decks. We kept the rustic feel with wood walls and flooring, but the cabin now offers all the amenities of home including Wi-Fi, smart TVs, a gas fireplace, and a modern kitchen.

You are welcome to bring your pet, but please note that we do charge an extra $25 cleaning fee for guests that bring a pet due to the extra charge that our cleaners charge us. Please disclose your pet at the time of booking.
Other things to note
Swann’s View is a great cabin for a quiet getaway for a couple. While technically only one bedroom, we can also accommodate groups of more with a futon that folds into a bed upstairs and a sofa with a memory foam sleeper in the living room. Swann’s View is great for one or two couples and small families.
